The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Whenever possible the carrier tagged for delivery (example: DHL, FEDEX, etc.) will collect these duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Yarn Pop has no control over these charges, nor can Yarn Pop predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We proudly stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers —our point of view is we’re reasonable people and so are you. So if within 30 days of your purchase you are not 100% satisfied simple return your unused item, in like new condition, for a full refund or exchange.
Please include any paperwork, your receipt, order number if at all possible and a written request for your prefrence for a refund or exchange. For exchanges just let us know what item you’d like to exchange for. PLEASE DO NOT FOLD the bag - return it in the same fashion it was delivered to you originally.
